Charcoal Briquette Manufacturing Process
The charcoal briquette production process begins with crushing charcoal into a fine and uniform powder. The charcoal powder is then mixed with a suitable binder and water to obtain the required forming condition.
After mixing, the prepared material is fed into a briquette forming machine. Depending on the final product, customers can choose a charcoal ball press, charcoal extruder, hydraulic shisha press or other forming equipment.
Fresh briquettes are then dried to reduce moisture and improve strength before cooling, screening and packing.

Production process：Charcoal → Crushing → Screening → Binder Preparation → Mixing → Briquette Forming → Drying → Cooling → Packing
If the customer already has ready-made charcoal powder, the production line can start from crushing or mixing. If the starting material is wood, coconut shell, rice husk or other biomass, carbonization equipment should be added before briquetting.
