It is also suitable for granulation of materials with low adhesion rate and difficult to be formed, such as granulation, press block and granulation bar, and can also be used for low temperature granulation of biological bacterial fertilizer, organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer.

Working principle

The working principle of biomass pellet machine is mainly to convert biomass raw materials into granular solid fuel through mechanical energy. ‌ It is mainly composed of two parts: the upper body and the lower body. When working, the motor drives the upper body to do high-speed rotating movement, and the body is driven by the pulley to do relatively low-speed rotating movement. The material is fed into the annular tank and is hot extruded to form a rod or cylinder solid fuel.
